Bandar Lampung ,Puspa Indo Media– Manajemen RSUD Abdul Moeloek (RSUDAM) akhirnya buka suara terkait dugaan adanya oknum dokter yang meminta uang Rp8 juta kepada keluarga pasien peserta BPJS. Dugaan pungutan liar ini mencuat setelah pasien anak dari pasangan Sandi Saputra (27) dan Nida Usofie (23) meninggal dunia usai menjalani perawatan.
Direktur RSUDAM, Imam Ghozali, menyampaikan belasungkawa mendalam atas peristiwa ini. Ia menegaskan, penyebab meninggalnya pasien bukan karena faktor biaya, melainkan komplikasi medis serius.
“Pertama, kami turut berduka cita. Perlu diketahui, penyebabnya bukan karena uang Rp8 juta itu, melainkan kelainan jantung yang memperburuk kondisi,” ujar Imam di Bandar Lampung, Kamis (21/8/2025).
Meski demikian, pihak rumah sakit menegaskan tidak akan tinggal diam. Dugaan praktik permintaan uang di luar prosedur BPJS yang dilakukan dokter berinisial BR akan ditindaklanjuti secara serius.
“Permintaan uang tambahan itu murni ulah oknum. Kami prihatin, sedang melakukan kajian, dan sudah sepakat untuk tidak menolerir. Rumah sakit akan memberikan sanksi tegas demi perbaikan layanan,” tegasnya.
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, dokter tersebut, yang diduga bernama Billy Rosan, ternyata pernah terseret kasus serupa saat bertugas di RS Urip Sumoharjo pada 2023. Dalam kasus terbaru di RSUDAM, keluarga pasien mengaku dipaksa menyerahkan Rp8 juta secara pribadi dengan dalih membeli alat operasi.
“Dokternya tidak menjelaskan secara detail alat apa yang dimaksud. Kami akhirnya terpaksa menuruti karena ingin anak kami selamat. Uang itu kami transfer ke rekening pribadi, bukan ke rekening rumah sakit,” ungkap Sandi Saputra, ayah pasien.
Kasus ini kini menjadi sorotan publik karena menyangkut pelayanan BPJS yang seharusnya bebas dari pungutan tambahan. Pihak RSUDAM memastikan akan melakukan evaluasi internal dan menegakkan aturan tanpa pandang bulu.
“Ke depan, kami berkomitmen memperbaiki mutu pelayanan sekaligus memberikan sanksi tegas bagi siapa pun yang terbukti melanggar,” tutup Imam. (PIM)
